Edward R. Eidelman, Esquire
Ed has been a trial lawyer for over 28 years. He’s won acquittals in first-degree homicide as a criminal defense attorney as well as obtaining a medical malpractice verdict in excess of $24 million. His trial experience runs the gamut: he’s tried cases in medical malpractice, products liability, auto collisions, personal injury, contracts, trademarks, and civil rights. He’s won many of these and successfully settled many more. He’s acted as counsel for local diagnostic imaging centers, restaurants, and the Allentown Ambassadors minor league baseball team. He’s also General Counsel and Vice President of a national company engaged in electronic management and archiving of radiological imaging. Ed is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, numerous Federal District Courts, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association of Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America) where he is a Fellow. He is also a member of the Lehigh County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. |
Mark D. Crossley, Esquire
Following graduation from Penn State University with a degree in Administration of Justice, Mark attended paralegal school and began as a paralegal with Peter Karoly. Mark enjoyed the practice of law and litigation so much that he decided to go on to law school, and attended Quinnipiac University School of Law. Showing his tenacity for the practice of law, Mark completed law school in two and one-half years, while still participating in school activities including the Moot Court Honor Society, Mock Trial Society, Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Fraternity, Student Bar Association Delegate and the Rugby Team. He also continued to work as a law clerk at Peter J. Karoly & Associates during his law school tenure. After graduating law school in 1995, Mark returned to Peter J. Karoly & Associates and has distinguished himself as a tough negotiator and litigator, concentrating his efforts in the personal injury and auto collision areas. Mark has personally been responsible for over $8 million dollars in settlements and verdicts in the past ten years, including individual cases in excess of $1 million dollars. Mark is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Federal District Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Lehigh County, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations; and is also a longstanding member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly “ The Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association”). |
Theresa M. Blanco, EsquireAttorney Blanco joined Eidelman Crossley in August 2008 bringing twelve years of litigation experience in Philadelphia and Doylestown. Ms. Blanco concentrates her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury and complex business litigation. She also handles civil rights litigation. Ms. Blanco has extensive experience and particular interest in pediatric and obstetric cases. She participates in all aspects of litigation from initial client interview through trial. Ms. Blanco has numerous jury trials and other proceedings to her credit at all levels of the civil court system, from justice of the peace through jury trial and appellate advocacy. Education: B.A (1990) in Spanish and Latin American Studies from American University, Washington DC (full academic scholarship);. While at American, Ms. Blanco was admitted to the Golden Key National Honor Society and was in the honors program of the School of International Service; J.D. Temple University Law School in 1996 with award for best trial advocacy. Ms. Blanco proudly attended the evening division of Temple Law School while continuing to work full time during the day. |




Ed Eidelman holds a B.A. and M.A., Summa Cum Laude from the
Mark Crossley earned his reputation as a no-nonsense, disciplined, hard hitter under the watchful eye of Joe Paterno, while playing football at Penn State in the mid-1980’s and continued that reputation by earning his black belt in Songahm Taekwondo in 2005.
